The Carrier Mills-Stonefort High School Senior of the Week for September 18 is Ms. Macie Zertuche. Macie was born on May 18. She wants to be remembered as someone who was funny and helpful. Her favorite Grade School memory was playing games and watching movies instead of doing work, her best Jr. High memory was getting out of school for COVID, and her favorite High School memory was when Mr. DeNeal was racing a student, thought he was going to win easily so her started running backwards, and he tripped and fell. Macie's favorite color is green, her favorite food is chicken, her best friends are Delaney and Presley, and her favorite movie is The Fast and the Furious. Her favorite teachers are Mrs. Craig and Mrs. Mathews, her favorite celebrity is Tiffany Hadish, and her favorite quote is, "It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning." Macie's words of wisdom for the underclassmen, "Live it up in high school, because it will be your last year in no time."
