Carrier Mills-Stonefort CUSD 2

The Carrier Mills-Stonefort Grade School Softball team won the Regional Championship against NCOE on September 21. The 7-1 victory sent the Lady Wildcats to State for the first time since 1992. They will now play in the State Tournament at Pinckneyville on Saturday, September 30. The Lady Wildcats opened Regional play with a 13-12 victory over Gallatin County before advancing to the championship game against NCOE. They will travel to the State Tournament with a 12-3 record.
