Carrier Mills-Stonefort CUSD 2

Mr. Eisenhauer and the Carrier Mills-Stonefort Cross Country team competed at SIC on September 24. The Boys' Team (70 points) finished in 2nd Place behind Hamilton County (47) and ahead of Gallatin County (109), Harrisburg (123), Massac County (NTS), and Galatia (NTS). Individual places and times for the boys were: Aidan Rollins (1st Place) 18:00, Robbie Hadley (6) 19:06, Brandon Hambleton (19) 21:08, Jacob Reeves (21) 21:25, Malaki Metcalf (23) 21:26, Kyle Bristow (27) 22:21, Lester York (29) 22:30, D.C. Stout (32) 23:28, and Dalton Stevers (50) 30:10. For the Girls' Team, Senior Abby Whiting finished in 9th Place with a time of 26:33 and Freshman Emma Odum earned a 13th Place finish with a time of 29:55. After the contest Coach Eisenhauer said, "I thought Aidan ran great today.  He was first out of fifty-three runners. He ran his best time of the year on the hardest course we have ran to date.  Aidan was over a minute and a half faster than he was last year at this race."
