Grade School Parents: All book fees that were paid have been updated for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are still showing a balance due at this time, that information is up to date and you will need to pay or call to make arrangements for payment. For the safety of our students, Carrier Mills-Stonefort Elementary School does not allow parents/guardians in the building in the morning and/or during the school day. If you need to drop off supplies or other items in the morning, please take those to the office window and our staff will ensure those get to your child's classroom. Students can meet their teacher from 4:00-5:00 pm in the classroom and then head to the front playground from 5:00-7:00 for the bash. Students are welcome to bring in school supplies to put in their classrooms during the Meet the Teacher time. We will have free food, prizes, haircuts, and school supplies. Please be reminded all Carrier Mills-Stonefort students (K-12th grades) will register at the grade school this week in the cafeteria. All Carrier Mills-Stonefort students (K-12th grades) will register at the Grade School the week of July 22, 2024 in the cafeteria. Registration dates and times will be: K-2nd and 9th grades will register on Monday, July 22 from 7:30 am-12:00 pm, 3rd-5th and 10th grades will register on Tuesday, July 23 from 7:30 am-12:00 pm, 6th-8th and 11th grades on Wednesday, July 24 from 7:30 am-12:00 pm, and K-8th and 12th grade students may register on Thursday, July 25 from 1:00 am-6:00 pm. Open/New Student Registration will be held on Friday, July 26 from 7:30 am-11:30 am. Grade School parents are asked to pay consumable fees of $40.00 on registration day. The school secretary will be prepared that day to receive money and issue receipts for Grade School students. The High School student fees (which depend on the classes your young adult takes) will be paid on this date as well. All forms must be completed by parents before the student will be allowed to register. Also, if your address has changed this year you will need to fill out new residency paperwork and present the documents required for residency for your new address.

Carrier Mills-Stonefort Junior High Softball tryouts will be held for girls going into 6th-8th grade on July 17 and 18 at 4:30pm at the high school softball field. You must be there both nights to tryout. All softball players must have a physical dated within the last year before the first regular scheduled softball game.

The Carrier Mills Community Health Center will be offering school and sports physicals to Carrier Mills-Stonefort students at no out-of-pocket cost. School physicals will include vaccinations at no out-of-pocket cost. This service is for both new and established patients. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call (618) 294-8246.
